Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated 360° Machine Operator to join our experienced and hardworking team.

The successful candidate will primarily operate a 360° excavator fitted with a tilt rotator, carrying out forestry and site clearance work across a variety of sites. The role will also include occasional tractor driving and general yard duties, with opportunities to operate additional forestry machinery. Most work is based throughout Yorkshire and the Midlands, with occasional travel to other areas of mainland UK. We are looking for someone with a keen interest in machinery and a positive attitude towards working in a highly mechanised environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a 360° excavator with tilt rotator attachments
• Carrying out forestry and site clearance operations
• Assisting with tractor driving and general yard duties
• Working safely and efficiently across multiple sites
• Supporting the wider team during busy operational periods 

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence essential
• Previous machinery operating experience preferred
• CSCS and NPORS certificates desirable
• Willingness to work away from home when required
• Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
