The Jenz HEM 700D replaces the HEM 561D with more horsepower and an improved feeding system!

- Capable of Onorm G30 chip specification

Jenz 561D Chipper
J & S Vicary currently run a large Jenz HEM  700D 650 hp wood chipper towed by an arctic tractor unit.  The HEM 700D is a self fed chipper.  The chipper comes with its own Epsilon 160EL crane with a grab capacity of .56 cube metres and a reach of 10.5m.  The wood is placed onto an infeed conveyor which takes the timber towards the bottom and top feed rollers of the chipper.  The wood is then gripped by the feed rollers as it is fed into the drum of the chipper.

The HEM 700D has a more agressive bottom roller than the HEM 561D meaning that feeding in is achieved easier.  The chipper is now able to cover more products, especially brash.

The HEM 700D is capable of producing a wood chip according to clients requirements.  Typically this is Onorm G30, G50 and G100.  Click on the biomass fuel supply and chip specification links on the left hand side to find out more about wood chip specifications.

NEW ADDITION! - Jenz HEM 582Z

J & S Vicary now run a more versatile wood chipper the Jenz HEM 582Z next to the larger Jenz HEM  700D 650 hp artic towed wood chipper.  The new chipper is towed behind and powered by a reverse drive 936 Fendt (360hp) and is capable of going places the large artic unit can not reach.

The Jenz HEM 582Z is also a self fed chipper with its own Epsilon 160EL crane which is all controlled from the tractor cab.  The crane has an maximum reach of 10.5m.  The wood is placed onto an infeed conveyor which takes the timber towards the bottom and top feed rollers of the chipper.  The wood is then gripped by the feed rollers as it is fed into the drum of the chipper.

The HEM 582Z is also capable of producing a wood chip according to clients requirements.  Typically this is Onorm G30, G50 and G100.  Click on the biomass fuel supply and chip specification links on the left hand side to find out more about wood chip specifications.
